Below you will find answers to the most common questions, that we Bouncing 4 Fun receive from customers. If your question is not answered below please do not hesitate to contact us we are here to help.
How do I book?
To make a booking you can either give us a call or you can complete the enquiry form.
How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.
How much does it cost?
Please see the products pages for all prices, prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business or location.
What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, an additional charge may need to be included for out of area deliveries, (please see our delivery area for our free delivery zone). You will also receive an air blower, extension cable if required and safety crash mats. The price also includes set up, inflation and collection
When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.
How long do I get the equipment for?
Most garden parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 7am and 11:30am we will then come and collect the castle after your party has finished usually from 5pm onwards although pick up time can sometimes be arranged to suit, it can be no later than 6pm before additional charges apply. Hall hires are usually for the duration of the party. We will deliver and collect at the hall at an agreed time.
Do you hire overnight?
Under certain circumstance this can be arranged, for an extra £30 charge.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made by cash to the driver on delivery, or by bank transfer up to 3 days before the hire date. We do not accept credit card payments and we no longer accept cheques.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.
What if it rains?
Unfortunately the bouncy castles cannot be operated in wet and windy conditions due to safety reasons. Once the bouncy castle has been delivered it must be paid for regardless of the weather.
Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.
How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.
How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 4ft at the front and rear of castle and 3ft either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply.
Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes, we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.
Is there an age limit for children using the inflatables?
Yes, our bouncy castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12-14 years depending on the inflatable. Anyone older than this will need to hire an inflatable suitable for older teenagers and adults.
